At Acorn, Community Action involves the Church reaching out into the local community to provide practical help such as gardening, rubbish disposal, lawnmowing, house cleaning etc. on a one-off basis for the benefit of the elderly, infirm, poor and needy, who would find it difficult to manage these things themselves.

 

We also aim to do other activities in the area to show people a demonstration of the love of Jesus in practical ways.
